At the checkout counter, before placing your order, you will see the total price including taxes and delivery and handling charges according to the currency of the chosen country. The credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars based on the fees presented during checkout. 

Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature upon delivery.

Please consult the estimated delivery date, calculated from the time of your order, at the payment stage.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. O’LIGHT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note that orders shipped outside the United States and Canada do not qualify for free shipping benefits or free returns.

Placing International Orders

Make your purchases and select the currency you want to use (US $, Canadian, EUR, pounds). The total of your order will then appear in the currency of your choice for checkout. The total amount of the order is guaranteed at the exchange rate in effect at the time you place your order.

International payment methods

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal payment. We cannot accept debit cards or American Express cards at this time.

Once the credit card is authorized, the funds are held until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, payment is processed.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.

Return policy

Return of Online Purchases www.olightbeauty.com

Only products purchased on www.olightbeauty.com can be exchanged or refunded and this within a maximum of 30 days. Products must be new, in their original packaging and unopened.

For any exchange and refund, please contact us at info@olight.com to receive your return coupon.

O’LIGHT supervises the return activities of customers and if we detect or consider excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity, the customer at the origin of this activity can be informed in writing that O’LIGHT  ‘will no longer accept any return from him/her.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at the discretion of O’LIGHT.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is necessary due to an error on our part in that case the costs will be covered by O’LIGHT.

Returns must be made by mail, and please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to record the transaction.

A refund will be made according to the same method of payment used.

How to return your item by mail

Follow these three easy steps to return your items by mail. :

Step 1: Send us email to info@olight.com

Step 2: You will then receive a return coupon which you will need to print and paste on the box.

Step 3: Ship the return package.

Pack the item (s) to be returned in the original product box and in the O’LIGHT packaging (if possible). Otherwise, pack your return item in a well-padded envelope or box to avoid damage during shipping. Stick the label to the package and send it by a postal service. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Items shipped to OLIGHT outside of the return periods will not be refunded or exchanged.
